All components meet our high quality standards, ensuring consistently reliable production. The easy accessibility of these components allows for quick and simple cleaning and maintenance. A major advantage for the operator is the diagonal release of the front clamping slide. This feature allows for easy insertion of profile bars, even very small ones. Furthermore, the stop bar remains in the forward position, enabling ergonomic insertion of even the last profile bar.
All parameters (e.g., welding temperature, heating time, clamping pressure, joining pressure, joining time) are individually adjustable, allowing for optimal adaptation to different profiles. Perfectly matched temperature controllers and heating elements ensure continuous monitoring of the welding temperature. An electronic pressure relief valve and a PC-controlled temperature controller are available as options. This means that the welding and clamping pressure, as well as the temperature, automatically change when other welding parameters are selected (also selectable via data connection).
Automatic adjustment of the welding time to different profile cross-sections, the click-stop system, and the integrated frame limiter from 40 to 200 mm (optionally 240 mm) ensure high flexibility. Electronic positioning of the X and Y axes is achieved via AC servomotors, which are decoupled during the welding process (no position control).
