Weld seam limiter set to 2.0 mm / 0.078″. Optional 0.2 mm / 0.00078″ tight crimp with special functions available. Maintenance-friendly features include: accessible and numbered components, real-time temperature monitoring, and a maintenance menu with full self-diagnostics.

- Available in left- or right-hand fixed configurations for flexible cable routing.
- Flexible fixture configurations include a standard quick-change system and an optional clamping tower assembly.
- Driven welding heads on a robust linear ball rail system.
- Heads closest to the operator are fixed, while the insertion of the heads furthest from the operator can be adjusted depending on the frame height to allow for ergonomic loading and unloading.
- Tool-free quick-change fixture and Teflon systems (fixtures sold separately).
