4-Point Sash Welding Machine
Made for vinyl window sash profiles. Standard parallel thrust welding yields strongest corners and fastest cycle times.
AKS 1300 welding machines are modular units, but can be connected to any CNC corner cleaner with feed through when ordered with the optional automatic unloading conveyors.
The independent clamping function for double-stack welding reduces tolerance buildup on mismatched profiles commonly used in sash production.
